What Services do you offer?
At Living Legacies, we provide virtual therapy for seniors and older adults. The first meeting is an intake assessment to decide if our services are right for you and to find the best treatment plan. We'll also discuss your preferences and set goals.
what should I expect from my first visit?
Your first visit will include an intake assessment, lasting about 1 hour. This is to collect information about your need for service. Some questions may seem intrusive or repetitive, but they help guide your treatment. You'll also fill out paperwork, such as consent for treatment and insurance information.
do you accept WALK-INS?
Living Legacies does not offer walk-in services. If you need help right away, please call the office at (980) 225-1585. In a crisis or life-threatening situation, go to your local emergency room or call 911. You may also look into these options available in the Charlotte, NC Mecklenburg County area:

what if I’m not happy with the services?
At Living Legacies, we would be glad to be your chosen provider. We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences. We encourage open communication and prioritize your requirements. If you are ever dissatisfied, uncomfortable, or wish to stop our services, please inform us. We will make your transition as smooth and attentive as possible. Our doors will always be open if you decide to return in the future.
do you offer early morning, evening, or weekend appointments?
Living Legacies recognizes that flexibility is important. If you need early morning, weekend, or evening appointments, mention this during your intake appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we cannot meet your schedule, we will help you find another clinician or agency that can.
